‘Die Fledermaus’ in Tokyo

On April 18 and 20, Angela Brower joins the Tokyo Symphony Orchestra to perform the role of Prince Orlofsky in a concert presentation of Johann Strauss II’s beloved operetta, Die Fledermaus.

These special performances are part of the renowned Spring Festival in Tokyo, Japan’s largest classical music festival which takes place during Ueno’s cherry blossom season.

Under the baton of TSO Music Director Jonathan Nott, the stellar cast includes Adrian Eröd as Eisenstein, Anita Hartig as Rosalinde, Sofia Fomina as Adele, Markus Eiche as Dr. Falke, Tadahiro Masujima as Dr. Blind, Koji Yamashita as Frank, and Yuki Akimoto as Ida.
