‘Così fan tutte’ in Edinburgh

As part of the Edinburgh International Festival, Angela Brower will reprise one of her signature roles as Dorabella in Mozart’s Così fan tutte on August 10 at Usher Hall.

Ms. Brower has performed this role worldwide to great acclaim, with Opera Today hailing her as “a delightful Dorabella, the flightier of the two sisters, her poised mezzo-soprano flawlessly produced.”

The star-studded cast also features Golda Schultz as Fiordiligi, Christopher Maltman as Don Alfonso, Hera Hyesang Park as Despina, Josh Lovell as Ferrando, and Huw Montague Rendall as Guglielmo. Maxim Emelyanychev will conduct the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra Chorus, while also playing the fortepiano for this special event.
