‘Mitridate, Re di Ponto’ in Berlin

On December 4, 7, 9 and 11, Angela returns to the Berlin State Opera as Sifare in Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s rarely-performed opera seria, Mitridate, Re di Ponto, which the composer wrote at the tender age of 14 for the Teatro Regio Ducale in Milan.

Ms. Brower joins a tremendous cast of singers including Pene Pati as Mitridate, Ana María Labin as Aspasia, Paul-Antoine Bénos-Djian as Farnace, Sarah Aristidou as Ismene, Sahy Ratia as Marzio and Adriana Bignagni Lesca as Arbate. The legendary Marc Minkowski conducts Satoshi Miyagi’s brilliant production.
