Mozart’s ‘Davide penitente’ in Munich

On November 11, Angela Brower will make her debut with the Munich Radio Orchestra in Mozart’s Davide penitente at Herz-Jesu-Kirche in Neuhausen.

Under the baton of Ivan Repušić, the trio of soloists in this glorious cantata will also include soprano Hera Hyesang Park and tenor Benjamin Hulett.

This concert is part of the celebrated Paradisi Gloria series which is dedicated to the performance of today’s sacred music. Also featured on the program is Witold Lutosławski’s  Musique funèbre, an elegiac work for string orchestra which premiered at the Warsaw Autumn Festival in 1958.

BR-KLASSIK will broadcast this performance on November 20 at 19:05.
